Hello,
how can I set time from NTP server (MS WINDOWS Server 2016 std. ) ?

I use Kerio Connect VMware Virtual Appliance for VMW, version 9.2.8 (4367).

This is not a kerio question, this is an OS question (guess the VMWARE part is made with CentOS?). Add the Server 2016 as NTP Server for the OS kerio runs from. So in CentOS or whatever they use. Another way would be to use the NTP Server with the VMWare Host and select the option in the guest vm to sync the time with the vmware host.
