It is to strange. But. I have simple AA script without menu, just for calling to internal extensions. I checked "Interprete all other keys as internal number and dial" and choose audio file for welcome message.
So, when I route all incoming calls to AA extension number, I hear "This number is not register".
If I check "Exception" to agent queue, than incoming call forwarding to queue immediately (because, probably, PBX thinking my AA extension is not working).
But routing to agent queue works fine. Calling from internal phone to AA works fine too! WHat I must to setup for working AA for incoming calls?
I tried to setting work days and turning AA script to time condition... no result!
