Wondering with all the phishing and spoofing going around if Kerio Connect has a way to mark emails from non-domain users with either a header modification or something at the beginning of the email text. I notice a lot of Exchange clients use something like the following at the top of each email:
CAUTION: This email message originated from outside of ABC Corp

I tried that and the addition of filter rule was applied each time. Example, I added a rule to add [EXTERNAL} to the subject. In a reply scenario, it added that again to the subject line, so I get [EXTERNAL] [EXTERNAL] $SUBJECT

Add an extra condition to your rule:
'Subject' 'Does not contain' '[EXTERNAL]'
evaluate all conditions, should not accumulate the changed heading anmore.
