Is there a way to reorder the spam filters? We have a number of clients who get bounced due to DNS Blacklists. I'd like to have my custom rules applied before the DNS Blacklists. is it possible.
I'm running 9.2.7 patch 3 (4225)

Set the black list entry to add to the spam score, rather than block the message. Then add a rule to always over-ride the score for anything coming from the sending address / domain. You can also create an IP whitelist, but in today's world of cloudy e-mail server, that a bit trickier.
