I was working with the support, but they said our SMA ended and were no longer able to help me.

I created some new accounts to use with FaxMaker
Our older accounts have been set up before I started working here
Our older users are able to fax through their email.
The new users cannot.*
They get the error "No recipients were found in this message. Fax could not be sent". This is weird because the fax sends if they don't attach a pdf to the email.
They can also fax using the web client perfectly fine with pdfs


Here is the information that I have from working with them:

We have the server on premise.
It's installed on it's own server.
It's a fax server with brooktrout boards
We send them through the web interface and Email2Fax
Version 19.1 (Build 20171018) (Upgraded to 19.2 Build 20180502 after working with them for a bit)
It is a on a physical machine.

They are using the Sending faxes/SMS via a POP3 Mailbox method

1. They send an email to our POP3 mailbox address
2. The Subject is whatever they want
3. The first line of the body is :: followed by the number
4. Then they attach the pdf and send

It's weird because they can still fax by doing the same method, but without attaching a pdf.
I've been using faxtoy.net to test sending the faxes. The fax number is 18553301239.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: I just realized I put one of our emails in that I had to remove.
