dns lookup failed [message #145022]

hi everyone
i config kerio as proxy server in my network
so my user enter their user and pass to access to internet
somtimes i get error in web browser that show "DNS Lookup Failed" for some sites when i refresh the page it shows me that site page
in read my kerio logs query send to DNS but DNS reply host not found
but if i refresh the page on browser it work well
and that DNS server reply correct answer.
pls help Embarassed

I think, this is same problem that i had :

could you take a look at link ?
until now , i never found the solution?

Maybe other user/kerio support user can reopen this case
