we have several mail servers with kerio connect, at all the message appears that the maintenance contract will expire in a few days. No problem, then we just update/renew the license, you might think. Here in the Netherlands this is impossible, unfortunately. Also after a few hours of searching it seems impossible to get someone from GFI on the line. By that I mean US, UK, DE ... nobody.
Could someone explain to me who I can call to renew our license without changing anything about the setup of our servers.
How do you solve this?
