Your mail server IP address is currently not listed on any Spamhaus list. So what are the exact problems you have? Please post log snippets and error messages you get.

Looks like a spam/virus issue on your network. You may run a full antivirus check on one of workstations.

Usually you don't just get blacklisted. You server ip address has been used for serious mail abuse.

Maybe one of your mail accounts got compromised.

When you're on a blacklist, it's for a good reason.

I had an issue where I whitelisted the IP of another firms server to fix a problem on their end. So no filtering and, effectively, an open relay. Either they got compromised or the IP was reassigned and was found to be open to our server. Regardless, I had ~100k messages in queue early one morning. I don't recall how many actually were sent (lots). Took forever to get off all the lists.

I would definitely check the internal systems, see where messages are coming/have come from and how they might have been able to pass through your server. It took me a while to nail down the cause, but that helped me improve my server security.

Cheers,
Jon
