Appliances offline in my Kerio [message #144235]

I have a couple of my customer's appliances (always Kerio Connect) that are shown as offline since 3 months, but are working properly.

From MyKerio interface looks like this:

From Admin interface this is what I get:

I've tried to remove them, but I've got this error:

How can I reset MyKerio connection?
