Rest Admin Password Reset on a Virtual Machine [message #144091]

Hi All,

I have a situation where I need to reset an Operator Admin PW but it is hosted on a VPS in an external datacentre. Due to this I have no way to use the usual USB tools, is there any other way to do a reset?

Did you find an answer to this? I have a customer in the same predicament after the previous admin left the company and didn't leave the password.
