The Active Sync issue is not yet solved:
* In large mailboxes only Inbox synchronizes without problems.
* Afterwards synchronization stops (Outlook Synchronization Status: "Synchronizing Calendar".
* Subfolders of the Inbox: not synched.
* Sent Items (incl. subfolders): not synched
* All other folders: not synched
I downgraded to KC 9.2.5 P3 and everything works well again.
I had reported this to Kerio Support and they promised that the next KC 9.2.7 patch release will fix the issue, but this is not the case.

mwd wrote on Mon, 05 November 2018 15:40We upgraded to 9.2.7p3 just over the weekend and the server is not happy. Kerio keeps crashing and rejecting emails plus Mac mail keeps disconnecting.
9.2.5p3 was stable for us.
mwd,
I had a similar problem with a 9.2.5p3 upgraded to 9.2.7p3 on macOS. Turns out the full text index was massively corrupted. We started by turning off the index from Admin Console > Configuration > Advanced Options > Store Directory > Full Text Search and unchecked Enable Full Text Search. As soon as we did that, everything was stable.
I believe we tried clicking the Rebuild Index button, but we still had some problems that we did not have when Full Text Indexing was off.
I have not yet contacted GFI support about this to find out if I can simply delete one of the files/folders at /usr/local/kerio/mailserver/store/fulltext (on a Mac) to force a full new index, instead of rebuilding.
BTW, Over the past couple of months, tech support been very good, very responsive.

Kerio have had access to our server over the last ~5 days. Their resolution is to downgrade back to 9.2.5p3 and do a full restore.
We're done with this product, such a waste of time. Office 365 here we come.
