Is it possible to upgrade the RAM in the NG500 hardware appliance?

I was curious with the 4GB of RAM, too.
We want to put this appliance into operation at a customer with 200+ users.
Because of our experience, I don't think 4GB are enough.

4GB is enough. I have Control with 300 users...

but what services do you have enabled?

I have more than 500 users/devices on a NG500, and with only application awareness enabled, i get constant emails about memory exhaustion. For me, upgrading the ram is greatly needed, as well as the CPU, but this is the most powerful box Kerio sell. if its possible to add ram, it will make things nicer for our users.
