Since upgrade to Patch 3 I am getting Auto Update Check failures.
Rebooted device and issue still exists.

And on version 9.2.4 there were just the same problems! It is unclear from where arising. Periodic failures when checking updates, and everything can be normal then, then again failures.

When you say all is working as expected, do you mean that there are no reboots? How long have you been running patch 3 for? I stopped at patch 2 and went back to 9.2.4.

Our server reboots stopped at installation of 9.2.5 Patch 3

The issues that we encountered with patch 3 was Auto Update Check failure which appears was fixed on Kerio/GFI end as it did not require another patch install on server.

Control has been running without a reboot for 18 hrs. (previously rebooting every 4-5 hrs)

@arisg, did you check logs with errors or warnings? Have you collected support information? Sometimes it's useful to debug issues with appliance.

Not this time. With patches 1 & 2 there was never any entry in the logs pertaining to the problem. I've sent diagnostic files to GFI twice in the last 4 days.
