9.2.4 kind of worked but randomly rebooted
9.2.5 was just plain bad and had lots of patches.
9.2.6 reboots every 2 weeks due to running out of memory.
9.2.7 i havent personally tested yet because of all the prior releases being bad and updating could possibly overwrite changes support made me implement.
if you dont have a lot of traffic on the device, maybe you wont encounter the memory exhaustion problem and its possible that a version post .6 might be stable for you.
But, if you're looking for a truely stable version, use 9.2.2 - i was even suggested this from support regarding the memory exhaustion - consequently my request was closed and will never be resolved.

That's a pretty good list. I had a bunch of machines that were stuck on 9.2.4. I had to reboot them for memory leaks, but otherwise it was the last version they could run reliably. I moved a couple to 9.2.7. So far so good. Ran into some issues with content filtering rules needing adjusted, but otherwise good.

Upgraded hyper-v appliance to 9.2.7 this morning and have issues with AD authentication.
Users are getting out but nothing shows in active hosts on the machine's IP address, existing connections still show but new ones don't.
Also looks like there may be an issue with Content filter but I cannot pin it down, this is not helped by the above.
I do not have time to debug GFI's software so will roll back to 9.2.6 in the morning.

i have updated to the beta because i read on this forum that its possible the memory issue has been addressed, however, it still runs out of memory, then reboots by itself every couple of days, and this happens faster than previous versions (I used to get 2weeks from the device, now i get a week - MAX). On an idle box (with no users/traffic) memory consumption is at 30% all day and night?
The swap file in Kerio is not enabled, is there a way to turn it on (some of the commands are missing - or idk how to enable linux swap file in kerio?)??? maybe this would be a solution for me as i havent been given any straight answer to know if we can upgrade the memory in the device?????
this marks the start of whats to come ->

And please, its pretty annoying to read 'contact your firewall administration of you dont want to receive this message anymore': i dont want to receive the message anymore but Kerio are the only ones with the power to make it stop....

Kerio Control 9.2.8 has already released! During beta testing there were three builds! 2 months of testing! It's progress! Has anybody installed an appliance in production? Did you notice any issues?

it was released on the same day i posted to the forum, consequently i was not aware the beta was over - thanks to tell me the final was released.
i was posting on the forum because i was under the assumption the beta was still being tested, and, wanted to share my experience. as it was a beta, i was expecting some bugs, however, the only bug i encountered was the same reboot bug that has been plaguing me since version 9.2.3. i guess they cant, or dont want to, fix it?? i have been waiting patiently, made contact with support, posted on the forum, etc, etc, etc .. yet the problem persists... ??
