Try to disable segmentation-offload! I did it and everything works ok. No downtime and reboots.

How to do this write step by step, please

Francyz, first of all verify LSO support on your Internet network adapters. LSO works only if you use network adapters that support LSO.
To verify that your network adapters support LSO, connect to Kerio Control via SSH and use the command ethtool:
Connect to Kerio Control via SSH.
Type ethtool -k xxxx | grep generic-segmentation
where xxxx represents your Internet interface, for example eth0 (the default value in Kerio Control). If your Internet network adapter supports LSO, the result is
generic segmentation-offload: on
Disabling LSO in Kerio Control: In Kerio Control LSO is enabled by default.
To disable LSO, connect to Kerio Control via SSH and update the tinydbclient configuration file:
Connect to Kerio Control via SSH.
Type /opt/kerio/winroute/tinydbclient "update Misc set PktOffloading=0"
To apply the new configuration, restart Kerio Control with
/etc/boxinit.d/60winroute restart
After the restart, Kerio Control disables LSO.

i can confirm this too, at least i can say, on version 9.2.2, since last friday (3/4days), our device hasnt stopped or rebooted yet.

the cpu use is incredibly high. with no services running the cpu use is at 30%. after setting the 'inspector' to 'none' in 'traffic rules', cpu use returned to 5%. after one-two days, we then enabled the application awareness and set the inspector to HTTP only, and now cpu use is averaging 50%. is this normal ?

i have tried 'PktOffloading' which only resulted in slower web browsing, and, the output of ethtool stated that it was still 'on'. consequently, i have returned to the default value of enabled.

@ipsys, are you using the IPsec VPN feature?

Patch 2 keeps telling us a new version (patch 2) is available, I have used both the auto update and manual update but it still keeps sending me the message.

Confirm on 12 Kerio Control Firewalls upgraded to 9.2.5 patch 2 build 2587 so far - same issue - every device reports an update available both on the device and via my.kerio. Even allows a download and reapply!

I reverted back to 9.2.4 and the restart issues wea solved, but after a few days a noticed that i lost all the associations username-ip address in the users and groups sections.

We are very disappointed by this issues after GFI bought Kerio, and we are seriously thinking about changing device.

if this happens again, i wont have any other choice but to remove the device from our network - less than a month old. It is incredibly unstable (maximum uptime has been 4 days).

this is on version 9.2.2

I installed patch 2 and the router rebooted after about half an hour. I have downgraded now to 9.2.4.
