Hi messaging experts, here. I have been a kerio connect users, precisely Kerio Mail Server Version:
9.2.5 patch 3 (3336)
Operating system:
CentOS release 6.9 (Final), x86_64. I have 250 users but only one users' account cannot send or receive emails outside the local domain. I appreciate any assistance. I have enabled SMTP Relay through my ISP. Only one user has this problem!!! Thanks already

The first thing to double check is the user's configuration. There is an option "This user can only send receive from their domain". Make sure that is not checked. You did not say what e-mail client the user has, but also check the clients SMTP setting, especially with regard to encryption.
