It has been more than a day since the last e-mail about the status of the service. Sure the update of all Kerio and GFI databases has not been successful and it remains to be believed that by Monday all will be corrected. About the status of changes on the site "status.gfi.com" - they have forgotten about it.Only the title notifies you about maintenence incompleteness.

Update checking of version works, but IPS rules check not available. If it possible - check on your appliances status of availability IPS servers.
in my logs I see [25/Feb/2018 19:00:31] IPS rules update check failed: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates.

I see exactly the same thing.

I'm also getting:
[25/Feb/2018 18:25:01] GeoIP database update check failed: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates.
I assume this must be looking at the same server as the IPS rules.

IPS and Kerio web filters stopped work after GFI maintenance with databases since 24/02/18 (see a lot of warning messages in logs) . Tomorrow 26/02/18 work day will start without any web filtration. Users will have unlimited access to internet. As usual for degradation in services, no one from GFI will answer. But paying for software maintenance is exactly in time.

Hallo! IPS and Kerio web filters stopped again work 22/03/18 (see a lot of warning messages in logs). "Unable to categorize 'sync.1dmp.io/' by Kerio Control Web Filter. DNS response 'FAILURE: Invalid authorization' to query '0.sync.1dmp.io.12ef.ko-152217.v3.url.zvelo.com' is invalid."
Today 22/03/18 work day will start without any web filtration.
