IPS and product update servers down!
Update Checker: check failed: Check failed (Failed to connect to prod-update.kerio.com port 443: Connection refused)

https://status.gfi.com/ shows that everything is ok!

There might be several things affecting that, you can check the DNS server address used by the wan interfaces, or trying to ping the product server to see if it's online or not from Kerio and from outside, and check if there were any rules that might be blocking the connection.

Although at these situations, I believe it's better to contact the support to verify whether it's actually down or a connectivity issue

@arisg, is Kerio Control 9.2.6 stable? Do you advise to upgrade?

I've been running it for a few days without any problems. It seems stable, but I would wait for a bit longer if you are going to run it in a mission critical environment.

I have this problem too. except for me, it only started about a week or two after the update of 9.2.9.

Quote:
Kerio Control slowly dies...Because of that my last version which works stable is 9.2.2 (full development of Kerio coders).

I totally agree, 9.2.2 is the only truly stable version. if it wasn't for that version, I would have replaced this device long ago.
