There might be several things affecting that, you can check the DNS server address used by the wan interfaces, or trying to ping the product server to see if it's online or not from Kerio and from outside, and check if there were any rules that might be blocking the connection.
Although at these situations, I believe it's better to contact the support to verify whether it's actually down or a connectivity issue

I've been running it for a few days without any problems. It seems stable, but I would wait for a bit longer if you are going to run it in a mission critical environment.

I have this problem too. except for me, it only started about a week or two after the update of 9.2.9.
Quote:Kerio Control slowly dies...Because of that my last version which works stable is 9.2.2 (full development of Kerio coders).
I totally agree, 9.2.2 is the only truly stable version. if it wasn't for that version, I would have replaced this device long ago.

after update Kerio Control to 9.2.9 I have a problem with automatic check new version:
[18/Feb/2019 12:44:05] (2) Product update failed. Error: Check failed (parse data error)
Do anybody have any idea ??
