Hi,

as mentioned in the Title, I have 2 Users with fresh Macbook Pros - latest High Sierra.
After installing the latest stable client - with no errors - the client shows in the first Line "Service not running" (Translated from German)

The Console shows Kerio VPN Service stopped after 0 Seconds retrying in 10 Sec

Hope you can help.

David

Hello . In Security Settings / General of MacOS you can authorize it to run after you install it.

Best regards

The Security settings in Mac is blocking the Kerio VPN software. You will need to allow it under Preferences>Security & Privacy>General tab

There are some steps to get older VPN client version to work with the latest 9.2.9 server version.

https://www.gfi.com/products-and-solutions/network-security- solutions/kerio-control/specifications/product-editions

Note: Older Kerio VPN Clients are not able to connect using this build. To allow please follow the following steps.

Open ssh connection or from console
Go to /opt/kerio/winroute folder
Run ./tinydbclient "Update VPN set AllowBlowfishCipher=1"

Also, with server 9.2.8 Kerio Control VPN Client does not work with previous versions of Kerio Control (version 9.2.7 and earlier)
