Hopefully someone can give me some assistance. We are using Kerio (9.2.5 patch 3).

User A made a tasks list and wants to share this with User B. So on the tasks list right click > Properties > Sharing. Makes User B member of this list and gives him rights to read, edit. User B opens his Outlook and wants to add this list. Fills in the user from the address book and clicks ok. After that a message pops up saying 'operation failed'. After that a message appears 'would you like to notify the user and ask to share?'. If you click yes, User A never receives this invitation.

What is wrong?

Kerio is running on Windows 2012, users are using Outlook 2010 with the Kerio Connect client (Offline edition)

It sounds like user B might not be following the correct steps to subscribe to the shared folder. Folder sharing and subscriptions is described in the following help topic http://manuals.gfi.com/en/kerio/connect/content/email-client s/kerio-outlook-connector/subscribing-and-sharing-folders-in -microsoft-outlook-1556.html

thanks for your reply! I've tested it (finally) and this was a (big) part of the solution.
