Hi,
After the 9.2.4 upgrade many of my users are reporting Kernel Panics when connecting to our server over VPN. All are running MacOS 10.13.2.
Anyone else seeing this problem?
//Jakob

Yes, I live kernel panic to kernel panic when I'm connected. As often at every 2 minutes. It's just crazy.
OS X 10.13.3 (17D47)
Kerio Control 9.2.4 (build 2223)

Can I provide anything to help the debugging and resume a normal life?
Would reverting to a previous Kerio Control version maybe help?

IPS and Kerio web filters stopped work after GFI maintenance with databases since 24/02/18. Tomorrow 26/02/18 work day will start without any web filtration. Users will have unlimited access to internet. As usual for degradation in services, no one from GFI will answer. But paying for software maintenance is exactly in time. It's terrible that GFI bought Kerio and the next product will be exactly another one.

Hi Columbia,

You're correct there was a temporary problem in our backend related to IPS and AV updates, which has been addressed already*. Both features should now be working normally by now, if this is not the case please contact Tech Support: https://www.gfi.com/support/kerio-support

*more info here: https://status.gfi.com/incidents/2ghglh76rw2l

Thanks and regards.
Ticiano.-

Please create a Support ticket https://www.gfi.com/support/kerio-support

As a suggestion to try before, make sure you unblock the Kerio Control VPN client on the System privacy and security settings of your Mac ( you might need to reset NVRAM if the legend is not appearing after installing the new VPN client).

Regards,

Web filtering and IPS updating not work since 22/03/18 00:20. https://status.gfi.com/ - shows everithing OK. What's wrong with GFI servers? Have opened a case.

When will the forum be visited by GFI(Kerio) developers?

@Brian, thank you for reply. I ask you and GFI developers to pay attention to errors and persistent overloads in the latest release 9.2.5. What actions are expected except to open a case for support of GFI.

Thanks Columbia, yes I have seen the comments regarding stability when using IPsec tunnels and regarding NTLM authentication. I've notified some folks here to make sure it receives attention.
And yes opening a case with technical support is also advised. https://gfisoftware.force.com/support/s/contactsupport
