Hey, guys, I'm on the User Experience team at Kerio/GFI working on Kerio Connect and would like your feedback on a new feature we're working on to add multiple accounts into the Kerio Connect Client.
I have a few questions if you want to help me.
Feature: I want to be able to use more than one email account in the Kerio Connect client so that I can separate my different identities.
Questions:
1. Should we build the feature so that each account can use a different signature?
2. Should there be a default signature that can be used across all accounts?
3. When there are multiple accounts in use, should the Out Of Office functionality work across all accounts together, or should we build it so that you can select which accounts are Out of Office?
4. Is it important to be able to have multiple Kerio Connect accounts, or do you need multiple email accounts from other email servers too?
5. Is there anything else important to you about the way multiple email accounts in the Kerio Connect client work?

Hi,
Answers are below....
1. Should we build the feature so that each account can use a different signature?
YES.
2. Should there be a default signature that can be used across all accounts?
NO. We would prefer individual signatures which can be copied from account to account.
3. When there are multiple accounts in use, should the Out Of Office functionality work across all accounts together, or should we build it so that you can select which accounts are Out of Office?
NO. We use sometimes accounts for sales leads and use out of Office when a Promotion time is over.
4. Is it important to be able to have multiple Kerio Connect accounts, or do you need multiple email accounts from other email servers too?
BOTH. We have two different Email Server. One Emailserver is not Kerio, so IMAP Connection would be needed.
5. Is there anything else important to you about the way multiple email accounts in the Kerio Connect client work?
YES. Using multiple calendar with different Color sets.

1-Yes!
2-If 1 is yes, then simply set the same signature across all accounts.
3-No.
4-I have, in my mail client, accounts from two different Kerio servers (completely different domains, etc.) and an Apple iCloud account. So, for me to use the Connect Client, support for this use case would need to be present. However most of my client sites would only need support for one server.
5-I'd like the ability to see a combined inbox with the option of exposing the individual inboxes. The same for Sent, Drafts, Trash, Junk, etc.
