HI

I have Kerio Connect version 8.3.3 with 130 active users and some of them present a problem of slowness, it lasts a lot starting and loading the mails as well as switching from one mail to another in the list.

I have tried it with different browsers and it still notifies me that the server does not respond, when it visualizes the task manager, it is noticed that the browser is corrupted.
The operating system that the work teams have are Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.

What can it be? How can I solve it?

Sounds like you have a butch of old slow computers. Lacking the money for hardware upgrades, you could do wipe and loads for about the same cost in labor, add SSD and more memory

Actually, the standard capacity of the PCs in RAM is 4GB, but as I said earlier this only happens to a few randomly, A temporary solution would be to format the PC and it is all normal again, then that happens between the browser, Windows and Kerio Connect.

So, we need more information. Are the users that are having trouble using the kerio web mail clients (Connect Client), Outlook with the Kerio offline connector, thunderbird, etc. What are the basic specification of your kerio connect server -- CPU, RAM, operating system, disk type, etc.

It is a virtual server with 8GB de RAM,
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64- Bits,
procesador Intel Xeon CPU E3-1220 V2 <_at_> 3.10GHZ
RAID 1 en disco.

But they are not all users, most of them work perfectly.

Did you check your server cpu power and disk i/o speed during peak times? What about the error logs?

Again, how do they connect to the KC server? Connect Client, Outlook KOFF, Thunderbird? Windows Mail?
