I purchased a new NG500 and am unable to import config files from 3110 into the device. The Config files are from both Mykerio and local export.
I also tried exact files on the source box and they also do not work on the 3110.
I get a popup unable to process imported file

I am having this problem.
I am also migrating from a 3110 to an NG500.
I have tried with the tar.gz and I also used Terminal > gunzip to extract the .tar file.
I get the same "Unable to process imported file" with both versions.
I have tried with backup files from both the 3110 and from MyKerio.
Can anyone advise please?
Thanks,
ft.

No answer here so I started to submit a support ticket.
As I was writing the ticket the following suggested-link popped up:
https://support.gfi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013223253?input _string=ugrading+from+3110+to+ng500
Kerio Control | Recovery tool for corrupted Control Box backups
The contents of the link appear to relate directly to my problem, but tor some reason the support resources in the link were not indexed in Google or available through a web search.
Are the Kerio support docs all behind the support password wall now? If so hat's very inconvenient! If the support resources had been available through a web-search it would have saved me a bunch of testing time and error.
Anyway, I continued filling out the ticket since we are in a Mac-only environment with limited PC access - the directions for fixing the problem apply to PC only.
Does anybody know what the config_recover.exe does or how I can get the same results on a Mac?
