I have a client using MacOS 10.12.5 and Kerio Connect Client as their daily client.

they have added some words to the dictionary during normal operations and have found that they can't remove misspelt words that were added by mistake.

I have been looking everywhere I can think of to find where these additions are stored to remove them but am having no luck.

any ideas on where I can look to edit custom dictionary entries on the client?

Kind Regards.

Nathan

Hi Nathan,
Since the dictionary is a global dictionary, the following guide can help with how to make dictionary changes for the Mac.

Note that the web version of Kerio Connect Client uses the built in dictionary of the operating system, and so these instructions apply. However if you are using the desktop application of Kerio Connect Client, it uses a different dictionary which does not have an option to remove added words. In this case, you must submit a feature request to be able to remove added words.
