Hi,
I am the beginner here. We have an email server using kerio connect ver 7, all sudden can't received email from other domain but can send.
Advise me what should I check.

I would say - get an outside support to help you... really. This can get quite complex.

Also if you really want help here, you need to tell more about your infrastructure. Are you behind a router, is the mail server in the DMZ, what OS is running, recent changes within the infrastructure etc.

So many things that could be amiss here. To begin, what happens to mail from other domains. For example, when you use GMail to send something to your Kerio server, does it come back as undelivered? what is the text of the return message?

As previously recommended, outside support will definitely be in your best interest here.
