Not sure if this is the right place to post. I am using Kerio Exchange server with Outlook 2011 on a Mac. My root mail folder is showing as domain -> INBOX with the inbox folder structure (Sent Items, Deleted Items, Junk, etc) inside of that. I've rebuilt mailbox in Outlook and added the account on another new account on the Mac and the issue is not present - so it's something on the user account of the Mac (10.9.5). Any ideas?

Here's a better description of the problem.
(Note, this is from the web - I am not using IMAP, I'm using Kerio Exchange)
The issue does not persist when I create a new account on the *computer* itself, but it does when I delete and re-add the mail account in the same Mac user account. There seems to be some incompatibility with local data?
