Hi,

I have Connect 9.1.1 and am migrating from Exchange Online. The client was using an Exchange mailbox with shared folders and want to use Public Folders in Kerio. They have may gigabytes of emails and Outlook is awful at shifting large amounts at once. I had an idea that I could use the IMAP tool into Kerio and then turn off Kerio and drag the file structure into the public folders, will that work?

Thanks

Graham

Using the IMAP tool may work fine. However for moving the data from the user account to public folders I suggest using Kerio Connect Client. There is a per folder option to "move all messages".

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, what I really need to do is dedupe it though, they have copies in both source and destination. I was planning on bringing the entire PF over to a mailbox, import the PST using no duplicates option and then copy it all back.

Thanks

Graham

You might want to investigate IMAPSYNC. https://imapsync.lamiral.info/
