We need to share the calendar for about 60 users to an "all"-group.
1.) Is it possible to automate this or let the admin edit this settings? Otherwise we have to log in 60 times with 60 usernames and passwords...
2.) When one user shares his calendar to the group, all other members of this group get a notification. Is there a way to prevent this?
Thanks for help!
Regards
Frank

- Log into the admin portal and create a user group for people who will access this calendar
- Log in to web mail (not admin) as the ADMIN user
- Click on the calendar function on the top menu
- under 'Public Calendars', choose 'New calendar'. Enter the name of your calendar
- In the menu for the new calendar, choose 'Sharing'. Enter the e-mail of the user group you created a few minutes ago. Set the appropriate access
The new calendar will appear in everyone's web mail and OutLook. Individual users will have to set the client software to display the calendar.
As you may guess, you can create separate groups for different access levels. You could skip the step of creating the user groups, and simply add the users to the calendar individually. IMHO, creating the groups and setting access rights there is administratively more elegant (until Kerio gives us a more robust management tools that can manage public objects)

Thank you for your advice, this is very helpful for public calendars. Do you also know a way to share every "personal" calendar from everyone to a group?
Greetings
Frank
To my knowledge, there is no elegant way to do this. Each user would need to share their calendar out to the target audience, then each of those people would have to 'attach' the mail box to their account. Alas, the admin cannot do this, it has to be the users.
