How can i create L2TP interface with IPsec encryption?

I am still not sure, what you would like to achieve, that is not described in the article:

1. In the administration interface, go to Interfaces.

2. Double-click on VPN Server.

3. In the VPN Server Properties dialog (see screenshot VPN Server Properties), check Enable IPsec VPN Server.

Maybe you should describe, what you want to achieve.
A tunnel between Kerio Control and a third party firewall?

I have l2tp/IPsec details with preshare key
how to set that in l2tp interface kerio
