We have a public folder that is exhibiting trouble that if it were a regular user account, would go away if I selected 'Rebuild index' from the user contact menu in Connect Administrator.

Is there a way to accomplish the same thing on a public folder, or do I have to shut down the mail server, delete the .fld files, and restart?

Hi Bud,
  1. Log into the Kerio Connect Administration.
  2. Within the Administration, go to Configuration > Domains > *right click on the domain*
  3. Click on the Public Folders... button and press Reindex Folders
