Hello from Germany,
can anyone help me? I´m running Kerio 8.5.3 on a MacMini with OS 10.6.8

Can i upgrade to 10.9.X without any problems? Mailstore is located in /mailstore

That upgrade should be OK. Just make sure you have enough RAM (8 is OK, 16 better).

You should also look at this KB article about disabling Apache so the various HTTP/HTTPS services can start.

10.6.x to 10.9 is a big jump. If you're running Open Directory, I don't recommend doing an upgrade from 10.6 to 10.9. Instead, you should start fresh. I have been bitten by this two times. Never again! Also, you should store your Kerio data on a separate drive. You're putting your data at serious risk by keeping it on the boot drive.
