Hello guys, link provided below shows how to create group and add user that is local to the domain.

http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/server-configurati on/accounts/creating-user-groups-in-kerio-connect-1127.html

I couldn't find the option to type an email address and add the user to the group.

Is it possible to add an email account to the group by typing an email address?

The link also shows how to export the group to a csv file. Is it possible to import back the csv file to the group after editing?

Thank you.

JJJCR -- "User Groups" are a collection of local users, and as such can only contain mail server users. You cannot add foreign e-mail addresses to them. If you use the admin interface to create a "mailing list", you can add both local and remote e-mail addresses. Mailing lists also support importing names and e-mail addresses from a CSV file.

You can also login into web mail as Admin and create public 'Global Address Groups'. These can also contain remote names and e-mail addresses.

There are pros and cons each. User Groups and Mailing Lists can have their own e-mail address that sends mail to the members. Alas, there is no way for a regular user to determine the membership of these entities. You will have to communicate that to the users. OTOH, Global Address Groups can usually be expanded by the client (Outlook for sure), so the end user sees exactly who the message is going to. GAG's do NOT have a unifying e-mail address, and so need to picked from the address book. Also, if a local user is removed from the Kerio server, they will automatically be removed from User Groups and Mailing Lists, but not from Global Groups.

For the mailing list, what will appear on the user email header will only be the email address mailing list or the email address of every user?
Thanks.

Only the e-mail address of the list appears in the 'From' line. When the list is created, you have the option of having replies sent to the list, or to the originator.
