Hello,

We're currently using Kerio Connect ver 8.5.2 on VMWare.

The host we use is working well but it's an older Dell box and doesn't support 64-bit VMs.

I noticed Version 9 no longer supports 32-bit "for new installations" and I'm wondering this means a 32-bit host can still be upgraded to version 9 or not?

I do plan to retire the host later this year so (even if it is possible to upgrade to version 9) will it be best to wait until I've got it working and stable on the new host?

Thanks,
Paul

You didn't mention what the guest OS is, but that is probably not a big deal. In your shoes, I would get the new VMWare host, create a new guest VM, install Kerio and migrate the settings and data. http://kb.kerio.com/360 is your friend.

You can install the 32 bit version of Kerio Connect 9. In the "Software updates" section of the administration it will present you with the download link to the 32 bit version for your OS.
