Are you kidding me? This Error is reported for over one year and you still haven't fixed it?
I just configured 15 iMacs at a Customer and 14 out of 15 have exact this Problem!!
Please Help your Customers or they sooner or later have to switch!

Agreed that it is frustrating.
However, the simple workaround posted by anschluss in message #132092] works for me.
After configuring the account in Kerio use webmail to send one email from the new account before you run the setup assistant.
It is a pain, but it is less of a pain than configuring the accounts manually.
