As i wrote before, try force launching on clients full sync of all messages. one by one.

In our situation helped: Logon Mac os, launch Mail client, run full sync. And wait for abot 1-2 hours. It's better to do this in the evening.

We've done this an all clients and for a week don't have any troubles.

But today morning this problem was discovered on Web-clients. I have right now user with web client with mailbox's size 19Gb. Looking for problem...
