Kerio Outlook Connector has done a "Routine" Update and is now no longer compatible with the MailServer.

There was no warning of non-compatibility!

Is there a possibility to downgrade the Outlook Connector or am I now forced to pay our IT to update the Mailserver. When so, what repurcussions does the Server update have for all of my Collegues using other OS platforms?

I don't understand. Kerio Outlook Connector is updated from the server so it cannot be incompatible.
I am afraid we need more details.
