Hi Vinod,
backend-2 for backend-1 substitution is not the solution.
We recommend to have backup of your backend-1 VMware machine + to backup Kerio Connect periodically. If backend-1 failed, you would restore VMware machine and add last configuration and data from Kerio Connect backup.
