hi
I'm new to kerio, we are looking for a good solution in our network edge, acting as firewall, traffic manager and so on ..., my friends suggested Kerio Control.
So we purchased a new HP DL380e G8 server, and now some people saying that, the kerio Control couldnt run on HP G8 series,
i wanna know anyone tried G8 server til now ?

Kerio Control is based on Linux kernel version 3.12. Hardware supported by this kernel is required.
This links to the HCL http://kmuto.jp/debian/hcl/
Although G8 does not seem to be on the list I would encourge you to install a trial version of Kerio Control to test.

It will probably work fine as a bare metal install, however with such a powerful system I assume you would install a hypervisor and run Kerio Control virtualized along side many other Virtual machines. As a virtual appliance Kerio Control would certainly work on that hardware.
