Hi,

I have both local and Domain users who authenticate to the WiFi and Kerio using the built-in Kerio Radius server but we are finding that users with iPhones cannot access apple store or carry out updates of their apple devices.

When they tried to update and it times out trying to go to the app store and if he tries to search for a new app it doesn't even load and if he searches for the app store it cannot connect.

Any insights on what might be blocking them?

If you remove RADIUS for testing purposes, can the iPhones access apple store? Anything in filter log showing they are blocked? Any rules in content filtering might potentially blocking them?

I have exactly the same problem.

Even if you install the certificate on the iPhone.

And for me, the solution is disabled feature <Decrypt and filter HTTPS traffic>

(Decrypt https feature not yet at the point)
