Means, you create a role by URL but if i want to create a role by IP address, how can I do it?
For example, assume I have a servers in 10.10.10.0/24 IP ranges, I want to create a role for this range and allow users to access them with 1Mbps so how can I do it?
Thanks.

You can create a traffic rule and use "Packets matching a traffic rule" in QoS

Similar to the previous case, this time I use the IP address (10.6.0.222) of iis.what.ever combine with content filtering rule.

Topology:
172.16.0.0/24 -> Control -> 10.6.0.0/24

./fa/3519/0/

Picture 2: New Traffic rule, please make sure there is no other rules blocking it on top and inspector on;
Picture 3: Disabling the IP content filtering rule, 1KB/s;
Picture 4: Enabling the IP content filtering rule, 1MB/s;
