I wonder if someone has tried to let two Control work like one or in failover.
Want to cluster two Control systems with both redundant internet lines.
Mean reason is if one of the Control died the other one can take over.

Maybe nice feature that one Control is active but with sleeping LAN/WAN cards that will be activated if the main Control went down. Heartbeat check or something.
Would also be nice that MAC on WAN port can be clone.

Who like this idea?

I am also very interested in this feature.
the OS of kerio control is linux, maybe adding Carp and pfsync to have a fully redundant cluster of Kerio-Control ?

It is a good idea.

Feature request time I guess?

This option is very important because Kerio Control has no redundancy solution. other Firewal (checkpoint, palo alto, ....) offers this feature.

I got problem with creating this as feature request by the normal way.
Hope that Kerio will notice this and create a feature request for it. And I hope for quick solution for this.

Clustering would fill two purposes: 1. Large installations (2000+ users) and 2. As stated above, failover.

I have customers with 100-200 users installations and 5+ vpn tunnels, that would be very happy to have a vpn firewall clustered!

Giving admins the ability to eliminate the most crucial single point of failure in a networks infrastructure should be on Kerios agenda.
My vote is in.
