Roll back Control on the appliance? [message #111822]

How can I do roll back to previous version on the appliance self?
There is by mistake installed a Beta on production control by customer.
Now Control don't startup. No backup of configuration made before upgrade.
Should be nice if I can do roll back for customer with losing configuration.

In the archive/legacy area you will be able to download factory reset USB images in different versions with instruction. Follow the instruction and you will be able to restore.

Hi MLee,

Thanks for your answer. But that I know. Was searching for roleback option by SSH.
For example place update image in special directory give command reboot and by reboot the image downgrade/roll back Control.

BTW: M. Lee stands for ....?
