Since last night I'm seeing the following error messages in the Error log:

This is since then happening every hour. Normally I receive a traffic report for the last day, but this was not send either.
Where does this error come from, and more important: how to resolve this? I'm running Kerio Control 8.2.2 patch 1 build 1684.

Thank you for your reply. The statistics website gives an error as well (error in databaseconnection).
I'm running the firewall on a dedicated server (software appliciance), how can I stop kerio and still access the files?
I know how to enable SSH on kerio, but to access it, Kerio has to be started I guess?

I just emptied the /star/cache folder while Kerio was running. The hourly processing of the star database ran with a couple of errors:

The daily report mail was now send (which was not for the past few days) and the statistics website is working again.
Seems that deleting the cache did the trick. I'll see what will happen the upcoming days.
