I want to create a folder in the archive called 2013.
Before it went well to create a folder directly in windows but now in 8.2.2 it will not work.
You do not see the new folder in webmail.
It is seen in the old webmail but not in the new.
Probably not created status.fld file into the new folder.
Is there any other way to create the folder via Connect.

I *think* you should be able to go to WebMail, right-click on "Archive Folders" and make a new folder.
