Is there any way without using Outlook rules/templates and keeping Outlook open to configure an internal only Out of Office response? Any chance that's on the future dev for Kerio?

Hi,
Welcome to the forums. There is not a way to have a internal only 'Out of Office'. Once you set 'Out of Office' Kerio will send the response to both internal and external emails coming into your mailbox. Best thing you can do is login to the Web Admin of Kerio Connect and use the 'Suggest Idea' button to list this as a feature request or increase the count if this has already been requested.
All the best,
Vicky

Vicky,
Wouldn't a mail rule (aka filter) work here?
Simply have it watch for mail from the internal domain(s) and send an auto-reply.
It might not be as user-friendly as the standard out-of-office, but it works.
Cheers,
Jon

Hi Jon,
You are quite right you could do an auto reply and this would meet requirementsn (Good catch). One thing you have to remember is an auto reply will reply every time where as out of office sends a reply every 7 days by default unless the user changes that preference.
All the best,
Vicky

I'm going to send this in as a suggestion, but I'm sure a lot of us would appreciate it if you would request this yourself internally. I get this question all the time, and a lot of users are not going to want to deal with the added complexity of having to create a filter in the Kerio Connect client, and then remember to shut if off. Out of office can be scheduled, but mail filters cannot be scheduled. This is a feature of Exchange, so when customers move from Exchange to Kerio Connect, they get annoyed when they lose a feature that they used a lot.

I was just going to suggest to use the script editor to change the auto reply rule to use the vacation command, and noticed, that in 8.1.2 it is already set to use "vacation :days 7" for the auto-reply rule.
