do you happen to have a screenshot of what you're describing? Never heard of this "bug".

I think I know what you mean. You're talking about addressing a new message in webmail using the address book, right? In the new webmail client the way to do this is to switch to the address book view (click the icon of the person next to the calendar button), then select one or more people from the contacts list (control-click on Windows to select multiple, not sure about Mac), then right click and choose the "Send Message" option from the popup. Is that what you were looking for?

Alternatively you can partly type the recipient e-mail address, suggestions will pop up.

see attached screenshot (buttons To: Cc: Bcc:, they are absent in the new WebMail)

it's too complicated method.
And what about the Cc: and Bcc: buttons?

New WebMail is completely unusable.

Recipient selection through buttons is a 30-years-old concept, literally from the past century. Nowadays the technologies allows to implement more user-friendly ways, which includes auto-complete and auto-suggestion. I believe you'll find this way easier and quicker.

you can still switch back to old webmail and make it as default for all users. Also it's a good idea to use the "suggest idea" button on the "new" webmail interface (tell your users) to have an impact on any future releases.
