Hello,
I try to connect smartphone Samsung GTS5830 (Samsung galaxy S4) but we have some problems.
In log, we have : "ActiveSyncRequest::Execute: Access denied for device validate (user: xxxxx<_at_>xxxx.com). The device 'SAMSUNGGTS5830' isn't supported in this version
The version of Kerio is 7.1.3 build 2461.
I try to change the variable "AllowUnsupportedDevices" to "1" but it doesn't work.
How i can do ? Upgrade version ?

Have a look at the supported devices on KC8.1 and see if it is included. You can then update your KC.
If not, you can also try third party Mail client and see if that works. We have one person using HTC one and his doesn't work.. some authentication issues, but having a different mail client worked.
