Unfortunately, Kerio Control currently does not support SNMP. Please use the Suggest Idea button on the main page of the administration interface to pass your feature request right to the development team.

FYI Kerio Control 8.1 will have SNMP support, it is currently on Beta:

I'm using PRTG Network Monitor for server monitoring.
Auto-discovery does not find any network interface on the server with Control 8.1.0. You are using a non-standard oid's?

hi , i have the same problem like maa1
in Paesller prtg i can connect to kerio control snmp using both v2c( public community ) and v3 (sha authentication ) , and it detects sensors like free memory , hdd free space , linux load , cpu usage , and also ping and http checks work fine , but it do not detect any bandwidth sensors .
i want to control the bandwidth usage of kerio control box using snmp but i cant. Sad

also in wiki it said to use snmpwalk to view list of available commands and objects but in ssh when i use snmpwalk , busybox return error of
~ # snmpwalk
-sh: snmpwalk: not found

how should i use snmpwalk and find snmp bandwidth sensors commands?

SNMP isn't working well with the latest versions.
It is very basic information, no traffic information.

Is that everything? Yikes!

We really, really need to be able to get things like:

Firmware Status (up to date?)
backup status
license status or expiration date
active user count

We just became a partner and have already deployed 6 or 7 units in the last 2 months, but if we cannot monitor critical items like this I think we will be re-evaluating this partnership.

Thanks Petr, but is there any way you could make those values accessible though SNMP?

It would be incredibly beneficial for us as it would allow us to monitor those values with our monitoring / management platform.

SNMP was working perfect with "The Dude" but last few versions of Control it isn't.
I can't get Traffic readings from the interfaces anymore.
And I agree that some information is still missing in SNMP.

But I really need the Traffic monitoring back. Very important for monitoring.
Please bring back the traffic counters on the interfaces.

This is very surprising. SNMP is the standard for every monitoring product on the market. In fact, I haven't seen a product that doesn't have extensive SNMP support for many, many years.

Can someone from Kerio comment and let us know if we can expect SNMP enhancements in the near future?
